My prior roles make me a strong ally for small businesses, and for new Start Ups who are freshly navigating their way and need someone with experience, energy and curiosity.

 DOMESTIC SUPPORT

Sometimes home is the busiest place.

I've been a working parent so I know how stretched you might feel. I've also been a carer for elder and injured relatives, so I know how challenging some things can be.

Perhaps you need help with your personal admin: from filling in forms, and paying bills, to re-writing your own C.V. or getting that memoir transcribed.

Practical and physical help is just as significant so perhaps you need someone to organise your pantry or party; wrangle the clothes in your closet or help in your hobby room; get trigger happy with a label maker or catalogue cool collections of stuff; it can be done - with you, or for you.

You could offload tasks entirely or be assisted/"body-doubled" to get through.

If you need someone to run errands, check in on the house, walk the dog, wait in for or collect that parcel - then a PA for the day - or even a few hours - may be just what you need.
